Chookhouse

I’m on a lot of FB pages where a lot people, mostly Mums, hack the crap out Kmart goods. I haven’t really jumped on board until now!

Old 8 cube shelf that got retired out of the playroom to the chookhouse for temporary nesting boxes a few months ago. Getting the chooks some proper nesting boxes has been on the to-do list (aka ta-da list, because it’s amazing that anything actually gets completed in its entirety 😂) for the last few months but something always seems to take priority or, we get distracted and start another fracking project 😬.

Used a stack of leftover timber from old projects, scrappy screws we somehow keep collecting from clearing sales, mesh scraps from our suspended aviaries and tadaaa!

Thankfully, there was only a little blood lost, a lot of sweating, swear words and no tears!
